Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If an item is returned without its original packaging, or in a condition that shows more handling than necessary to assess it, we may deduct the resulting decrease in value from your refund — this does not affect your right to return the item.

If your return is accepted, please send the package to the address above. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we cover the return shipping costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned: products made to order, customised, or personalised, and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, the 14-day return period above is your statutory right of withdrawal: you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to give a justification. This does not affect the other conditions set out above.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's been approved. We will refund all payments received from you (excluding standard shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving your return request — not from the date we receive the item back. We may withhold the refund until we've received the returned item, or until you've provided proof that you've shipped it back, whichever happens first.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
